AI is taking over everywhere, but not everyone is ready.

Artificial intelligence is advancing at a pace that leaves many people behind. Those who don’t get on board risk quickly becoming marginalized, both professionally and in daily life.

The first major challenge is a loss of competitiveness in the job market. Companies are increasingly automating tasks, and workers without AI skills may be the first to be replaced or devalued. Even in less technical jobs, knowing how to use or understand AI tools will soon become essential.

Another issue is access to certain services. More and more government agencies, banks, and medical services are moving to automated interfaces or virtual advisors. Those unfamiliar with these tools may find themselves lost, dependent on others, or excluded from offers reserved for “advanced users.”

Finally, there is a risk of manipulation. Without understanding how AI works, it becomes impossible to detect automatically generated fake news, scams, or bias in the tools we use every day. The gap will widen between a small “enlightened” minority and a majority that is dependent or even manipulated.

In summary: Ignoring AI isn’t just missing out on a technological wave. It means risking exclusion, manipulation, or being left behind. It is urgent to at least learn the basics—or seek guidance—to remain in control of your choices.
